- Rate includes nominal single-phase power and water use. If large quantities of water or power are required, this will be charged at standard rates.
- Conditions for Fishing Boat Shared Berths (Arataki Wharf only):
- Available to fishing vessels only that wish to secure flexible berthage permanently
- Boats must raft-up with other fishing boats if required
- Occupancy is not more than 60% per boat, per annum

Commercial Vessel Pricing Notes
Berthage rates
- Minimum charge $200 including load/unload stopover. Fee waved if berthage exceeds $200.
- No charge for the day of departure if gone by midday. Otherwise, a full day’s charge applies.
- All berthage (including for load/unload) must be arranged with the Marina Manager in advance.
- Unarranged berthage or incomplete documentation will incur a penalty of $100 documentation fee and may result in the vessel being refused berthage.
- For vessels rafted alongside a rate half of that advertised applies.
Security and risk management
- Vessel movements are subject to security camera surveillance.
- All vessels must hold a current Electrical Certification and provide to Port Nikau upon request and tagged and tested shore power lead if connecting to shore power supply.
- All vessels must provide a copy of a current Insurance Certificate with a minimum of $5m Marine Hull Liability insurance.
